Awww, I just love this family! I was so excited to see how much their little ones had grown in a year! The last time I saw them, their daughter was just turning one and starting to walk. Now she can walk, run and (almost) keep up with her big brother. I don't know how many times we rescheduled this family session last year ... every time we would pick a date, it would inevitably rain! Sometimes that's just how it goes, right? But somehow we managed to get the weather on board this year, and finally had our session last month! We had such a fun relaxing time at this session, just walking in the park and spending time together. There is something truly special about capturing real authentic family portraits. When your family feels comfortable and trusts me, they let their true selves shine in front of the camera. That's when I can create portraits that become family heirlooms, those magical photos your kids will look back on and remember Saturdays spent at the park. And that's when I love my job the most.
