This was an extra special session because this family found me through a dear friend of mine from my New Balance days. I love it when worlds collide, especially when it involves such a fun family!! You would never believe me based on these awesome photos but it was HOT and muggy with storm clouds moving in. Thankfully we got lucky and managed to get their full session in before the first raindrops fell. Yet, there were no complaints from any of them about the heat or mosquitos, just lots of smiles (and energy)! They picked this location in Forest Park because it was special to their family as they had a previous session here, and the girls were excited to be back to play and explore on the rocks. I love shooting in Forest Park, and I am excited to have another location there to add to my list of suggestions! Seriously, this family was amazing and I hope their love shines through in these photos!
